Mandatory: One hour before your first game
Must present player passes and any documents that have not been pre-submitted to SEG
All check-ins will take place at the main Headquarters Tent at the Vernon Hills Athletic Complex - 307 Nike Pwky - Vernon Hills, IL
Event Dates: August 31- September 3, 2018
Registration & Payment Deadline: August 14, 2018
Coach Assignments Due: August 16, 2018
Final Rosters Due: 11PM August 21, 2018, EXTENDED
Notification of Level Placement: August 16, 2018 (24 hours to confirm)
Schedules Publicly Released: Thank you for your patience as we work to release a schedule that accommodates the many team changes we have received this week. We will release the schedule, at the latest, by Monday at 6pm.
Mandatory Coach/Team Check-In: Friday, August 31st from 6 - 8pm at the Vernon Hills Athletic Complex Headquarters
Final Rosters & Documents Due: August 21, 2018

-Soccer Events Group Roster & Waivers
-Sanctioned League Roster
-Sanctioned Tournament Roster (League Roster plus guest players. If no guest players, upload League Roster twice.)
-Medical Waivers
-Travel Forms (Only required for teams traveling outside of IL.)
