Teams will be notified about their level placement by August 16, 2019.

Registration & Payment Deadline: August 13, 2019

Final Coach Assignments Due: August 15, 2019

Notification of Level Placement: August 16, 2019 (you will have until Monday, August 19th at 10 AM to request changes)

Schedules Publicly Released: August 23, 2019

Final Rosters & Documents Due: 11AM August 22, 2019

Tournament Check-In: Mandatory: 1 Hour Prior To The Start Of Your First Game at Vernon Hills Athletic Complex

Optional Check-In- Friday, August 30, 2019 4-8PM at Vernon Hills Athletic Complex

Documents Needed:

Soccer Events Group Roster & Waivers (Uploaded to your Soccer Events Group Team Page, Waivers Signed Electronically)
Sanctioned Tournament Roster (League Roster plus guest players).
Medical Waivers
Travel Forms (For teams outside of IL, only required if your team's league requires them, please check with your league contact)
Player Cards for each player listed on your roster must be presented at check-in.
