Priority registration for 2020 teams opens: February 16, 2021

Event Dates: Saturday, October 9 - Sunday, October 10, 2021
Registration Deadline: Monday, September 27, 2021
Payment Deadline: Monday, September 27, 2021
- Method of payment must be provided upon registration.
- Teams will have the option to pay either pay in full at registration or choose the payment plan option.
- If the payment plan is chosen, the final balance is due on September 27, 2021, and will be automatically charged to the method entered at registration.
- Any team registering after this date must pay in full at registration.
- A parking fee of $70/team will be automatically added to each registration and must be paid upon registering. Attendees will not be charged individually on-site for parking unless they choose to upgrade to Preferred Parking (available online only).

- Soccer Events Group Roster & Waivers (Uploaded to your Soccer Events Group Team Page, Waivers Signed Electronically)
- Sanctioned Tournament Roster (League Roster plus guest players).
- Medical Waivers
- Travel Forms (For teams outside of event state, only required if your team's league requires them, please check with your league contact)
- Player Cards for each player listed on your roster must be presented at check-in.
- *All rosters and documents should be uploaded to your Soccer Events Group Team Management Page Paper rosters and waivers will NOT be accepted on-site.*
- These must be uploaded as ONE FILE to your roster page - individual uploads won't be accepted.
- Copies of these documents must be kept on the sidelines with the team at all times during the event for random roster checks.

What are the levels of competition?
- GOLD: Intended for elite teams who compete for their respective State Cup Championships and/or compete in elite competitions such as USYS Regional Leagues (i.e. MRL Premier I) or ECNL.
- SILVER: For competitive travel teams who compete in local leagues (YSSL, NISL, or IWSL) and travel regionally for leagues or tournaments.
- BRONZE: For community-based travel teams who play in local leagues such as YSSL, NISL, or IWSL.
