Event Dates: U8-U10: Saturday, April 10th; U11-U12: Sunday, April 11th

Payment Deadline: Monday, March 29, 2021
- Method of payment must be provided upon registration.
- Teams will have the option to pay either pay in full at registration or choose the payment plan option.
- If the payment plan is chosen, the final balance is due on March 29, 2021, and will be automatically charged to the method entered at registration.
- Any team registering after this date must pay in full at registration.
- A parking fee of $50/team will be automatically added to each registration and must be paid upon registering. Attendees and will not be charged individually on-site for parking unless they choose to upgrade to Preferred Parking (available online only).
*Should the event be canceled due to COVID related circumstances, refunds will be processed in full.

- Soccer Events Group Roster & Waivers (Uploaded to your Soccer Events Group Team Page, Waivers Signed Electronically)
- Sanctioned Tournament Roster (League Roster plus guest players).
- Medical Waivers
- Travel Forms (For teams outside of event state, only required if your team's league requires them, please check with your league contact)
- Player Cards for each player listed on your roster must be presented at check-in.
